RDJ has a full after-sales department dedicated to skilfully re-grinding and refurbishing die cutters. We have three cylindrical grinding machines here at our factory in Knutsford, Cheshire. These machines give us the capacity to cylindrically grind cylinders ranging from 50 mm diam. to 318 mm diam. x 1070 mm length.

With
particular attention to detail each individual cutter is carefully tested
and each unit returned with its own unique documentation highlighting test
results, size and most importantly wear factor.

in material or operation, which may impact upon the life span of the cutter.
